Purpose, Worthwhile Work, Making a Difference!
Traci goes above and beyond for staff and patients on a daily basis. No matter how many times
we call or how many questions we ask, she is always friendly! Her phone etiquette is outstanding.
Our patients on Medical floor appreciate her patience with them as they place their order and ask
for meal advice. Her communication with nurses and CNA’s helps keep staff in the loop when our
diabetic patients order. From working with her a year ago down in Dietary and now being a CNA,
her positive attitude throughout the entire day has not changed! She strives to make a difference
in our staff and patients lives everyday and we appreciate all of her hard work and dedication
because she is outstanding at her job.
